Ava Lattari Warren
Agency Partner Ava Lattari Warren entered the insurance industry in 2003 and has been with DRO since 2014. She earned her CAPI (Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance) designation in 2016 with Chubb Insurance Group and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In 2018, she won the prestigious Emerging Leader Award from PRMA (Private Risk Management Association) and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Big I Suffolk Association (2016-present).
Customer service has always been Ava’s area of focus, and she feels the insurance industry has enabled her to evolve service models around important changing environments for her clients. She also enjoys working on a personal level with people from all walks of life, which she believes creates long-lasting relationships.
When she’s not working, Ava can be found on her beloved Peloton bike (she admits she’s a little obsessed with it…). Although some people might consider those long rides work, for Ava, it’s a little bit of euphoria.
